In order to understand your first and third party risk, you have to report on it. Whether it’s for showing the number of security issues of a particular company or looking at a portfolio of vendors score changes over time, reporting and historical benchmarking are important. But today, that can mean pulling data, exporting it, and building the charts yourself, which can take a lot of manual time and effort. And here you can see it will ask you a couple of questions to prompt and figure out what type of graph or chart you wanna build. Let’s say that you want to build a chart for a portfolio of vendors that you’re monitoring. You would go ahead and click on portfolios and select the appropriate one. And then it’ll ask you what metric you’d like to analyze, whether that’s score changes, issue finding CVEs, breaches, you can pick what’s appropriate. And then it’ll ask you the format in which you would like the chart. Then it’ll ask you over what time period you would like to analyze this data. Let’s say that you would like to look at it weekly. And then let’s say that you are looking at these vendors and you want to see how they did in a particular quarter. So we can say that we would look at this over the past ninety days. And here is the report. As you can see, the agent automatically generated this and shows you the average score changes on a weekly basis over the past quarter, three months. So you can actually download the report as a CSV, or you can also download the graph and then drop it into any kinds of presentations that you want for reporting purposes. And you can always run the agent again if there’s a specific style or a different type of chart that you’d like.
