Upal is a technology investor and former enterprise software entrepreneur. Before becoming an investor he co-founded the first and leading Mobile Device Security and Management platform and helped it grow to over $50M in revenues and a successful exit. He previously worked at McKinsey and RMS (now part of Moody’s).

At NGP Capital, Upal lead the North America office and global enterprise software team. Some of his focus areas on include Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Applied AI.

Upal’s passion is to leverage his experiences to back global and passionate entrepreneurs who want to make a positive difference in this world.
