No, your query results remain isolated to your instance of the Security Scorecard platform only.
How do the agents perform research to get their answers? Do they search the web?
The agents query Scorecard’s proprietary data. Any data that surfaces is already within the security scorecard ecosystem. The agents are not querying the web themselves.
Are there limits to the amount of queries I can enter in the agent chats?
Some plans come with a limited number of queries. If you require more for your TPRM strategy, contact your representative!
