Warmer Energy Services is a leading provider of heating, insulation and energy saving solutions to local authorities, social landlords and private homeowners. It was founded 20 years ago and provides a full range of installation and maintenance services from its Liverpool HQ. Having made the strategic decision to expand its operations to meet the needs of major property owners - it is now one of a small number of UK firms with the capability to provide cost effective services on a large scale to demanding standards and timescales. The company has a strong association and excellent reputation for fulfilling the mutual needs of: - major energy companies - providing funding of £1.3bn per annum to deliver their statutory carbon reduction obligations and - housing associations - comprising more than 3 million homes that require reliable and energy efficient solutions. The company has installation contracts with major landlords and direct funding arrangements with several of the major energy companies that are being implemented under collaborative arrangments with organisations, such as Energy Alliance, which is helping to generate demand for new installations. It also enjoys the benefit of a large number of service and maintenance contracts for thousands of homes with social landlords. An important reason for the company's success in the social sector is due to its company-wide commitment to provide a considerate and caring service in the homes of all their tenants and especially the more vulnerable members of their communities. The company has recently filed a record set of financial results and is recruiting in a number of areas to meet its continuing growth. It is only able to achieve these because of the skill of its managers, the dedication of its employees and the support of its customers.
