Voya Financial (formerly known as ING U.S.) is a company that provides health, wealth, and investment products, solutions, and technologies. It operates through three segments: Wealth Solutions, Investment Management, and Health Solutions. The Wealth Solutions segment focuses on delivering retirement plan solutions and administration technology and services, including full-service and recordkeeping-only defined contribution plan administration, stable value and fixed general account investment products, non-qualified plan administration, as well as individual retirement accounts and financial guidance and advisory services. The Investment Management segment offers domestic and international fixed income, equity, alternatives, and multi-asset products and solutions across market sectors and investment styles. The Health Solutions segment provides group insurance products to mid-size and large corporate employers and professional associations.
