In this research report, we concentrated on the public sector and found that it had the largest percentage of businesses with exposed vulnerabilities, at 61.6 percent, and a median remediation velocity of 309 days, when compared to other sectors. While the majority of public sector subsectors can eliminate 75% of vulnerabilities in just over a year and a half, it takes the Space Research and Technology sector 581 days to do so.
