He is extremely committed to fostering a culture of customer centricity and has a unique talent for bringing cross-functional teams together to achieve common goals to properly support maturing SaaS businesses.
Prior to joining OpenWeb, Enrico held an Executive leadership position at Operative where he successfully led a 250+ person global organization spanning Professional Services / Onboarding, Project Management, Customer Support, and Managed Services. Under Enrico’s direction, these departments were all dedicated to ensuring customers were seamlessly launched on Operative’s products and services and provided with world-class support to ensure successful adoption and future expansion. Enrico was a key contributor to Operative’s successful acquisition/merger in 2016.
At OpenWeb, Enrico led the Customer Success, Onboarding, Customer Support, and Trust & Safety teams globally, committed to ensuring that OpenWeb provides a world-class customer experience, driving long-term and sustainable customer value. He had successfully built a scalable foundation that has contributed significantly to the continued revenue and retention growth at OpenWeb leading to their recent $1B+ valuation in 2022 and continued path to an IPO.
Enrico received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the State University of New York, Oneonta, and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI and dual Master Certificates in IS/IT Project Management from Villanova University. His free time is mostly spent with his wife and three young sons enjoying everything life has to offer.
