Currently the Vice President of Learning, Development, & Enablement at SecurityScorecard, Christa plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering strategic training initiatives that empower employees to achieve peak performance and develop strong skillsets. She has an extensive background in designing leadership development programs, as well as a track record of creating impactful onboarding, professional development, and sales enablement processes that enhance team productivity and organizational success.
Prior to her role at SecurityScorecard, Christa served as Vice President of Learning, Development, & Enablement at MicroStrategy, where she oversaw the training of over 2,500 global employees through comprehensive onboarding and professional development programs. She managed the enablement of 350 remote sales professionals and led large-scale events like MicroStrategy’s annual Sales Kick-Off (SKO) and Technical Kick-Off (TKO). Her expertise in data-driven learning programs helped improve performance, increase sales efficiencies, and drive growth.
With a passion for continuous learning and a deep understanding of enablement operations, Christa has consistently driven improvements in employee performance and employee engagement through innovative, scalable solutions. In addition to her current role at SecurityScorecard, Christa is also a board advisor for Skills U, where she leverages her expertise to provide executive advisory services for an LMS organization.
