Michael J. Boyd, CITP is the SVP of Customer Success, serving as the voice of the customer within SecurityScorecard. Michael guides the Customer Success, Professional Services and Technical Support teams that help customers efficiently manage risk for their organizations.
Michael has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and advisory services, specializing in professional services, solution architecture, application development, technical presales, and customer success. Prior roles include Customer Success leadership positions at Tanium and Pythian, global Professional Services leadership positions at NCR and Progress Software, and financial advisory roles at KPMG. Michael is a Certified IT Professional (CITP) and holds degrees from Long Island University and Bryant University.
